Preparation Method (One bag): To marinade grilled seafood, bring deep bowl and add one bag of Recipe Seasoning with quarter cup of cold water, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of vinegar and quarter cup of vegetable oil. Stir the components very well then soak half KG of seafood in the brine and it will be ready for cooking.
