Preparation Method (One bag): To marinade chicken tandoori, bring deep bowl and add one bag of Recipe Seasoning with quarter cup of vegetable oil and half cup of yogurt. Stir the components very well then soak half KG of chicken in the brine and it will be ready for coking. To prepare curry sauce, dissolve half tablespoon of wheat flour is in milk (or coconut milk), then add it to the chicken during cooking and stir on low heat until the desired consistency is obtained.
